Non-scale victory of the week!

Eating all of my packed meals, despite the free pizza, cake, and snacks I came across all week in seminars.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could Have done more cardiovascular exercises - I focused on weights and I need to get my heart rate up more. I also recognized I need to try to sleep an hour longer for a healthy amount.
