  • 40 pounds is saying NO to a lot of pizzas!! I've been quiet about my journey only sharing it with those I trust. It's a small circle. I never thought I could make it at the gym and now I'm up to 90+ mins on cardio days. I can do hard things. You can do hard things. We are all strong. ???

I just posted about being 2.3 pounds away from goal and feeling discouraged and I had so many of you cheer me on and tell me that I can do it and if not don’t give up and I’ve still made progress. I love this community! So positive and uplifting! So thank you so so much!! I really wish they had a maintainer group because I need the accountibilty but I’m almost at my goal.

Frustrating two weeks, up one day down the next but overall the same as two weeks ago !! Eating the same not cheating only added cardio ... come on scale love me back. I only have 2 more days ...so close !!

  • One # at a time, my incentive to stay on track and not run out to lunch for fast food is to prep lunches for the week and track my losses. When I lose I get to color a square. Alot to go but alot colored, more than I ever thought. Hang in there everybody!! You ca do hard things!!

New to dieting, new to working out, new to the gym ... what is an average calorie burn for a good workout? I do 30 mins cardio + 30 mins weights ( alt arms and leg days ) . I have 100 + to lose. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks!!

Something I've been repeating to myself the last few days is "you cant out exercise a poor diet."

So dont forget to keep yourself accountable on the food front.

You rock for being here! At the beginning of your journey, any exercise that you wouldnt have done before is good exercise.
