I will be using my Containers again and watching what I eat so that will help!

I had gained a few pounds since last final weigh in, but this time I will be focusing more on my eating!

I’ve been running lots and eating fairly healthy although I splurged on some take out on Friday.

Pack my lunch of Friday instead of eat out.
