Non-scale victory of the week!

I really doubled down on my diet and removed some things that I thought were pushing me over. It helped move the scale! I was encouraged to remember there are things out of my control and I shouldn't let that bother me.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

My first week of diet bet was a wash, so I doubled down on my food this week. Next week I want to start adding in my exercise to start getting myself into shape.
