I hit 10 pull-ups without a break!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I've been snacking a lot, and even though my calories have been correct with my exercise, I haven't been strict with my snacking as I'm still maintaining. If I want to kick these last five pounds, I need to be at a deficit rather than maintenance. Time to start a new Dietbet to help get me there!!

I feel pretty solid. even though I had some junk food snacks, I tracked all of them and made sure I was in my budget every day.

I tracked my calories every day and stayed under my calorie goal.

I still had junk food, but I did track the calories and managed to eat smaller portions.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Maintaining motivation for the long haul is probably the most challenging for me. If I have a specific goal like a race I'm training for or these Dietbets with money on the line, I am better able to keep on track.
