Non-scale victory of the week!

Tried to stay on track with food and water, got 6 hr of workouts in, only lost 1 lb

Nice more during the day, eat more fruits n vegi's

Doing oretry good with meak prepping and snacking on fruits and high protein foods.

Could have worked out a little more if my eyes hadn't been hurting so bad.

my goals for the week are to rxcersice everyday for at least 15-30 min. , drink at least 64 oz water per day, keep track of carbs and calories, stay on track!
