Starting today, a little late to the party but 27 days is enough to take it off!!! I struggle with finding time to exercise. This will be my biggest challenge. I have 2 kids and both my wife and I have long commutes so time is tight during the week. I’m out the door by 7am and not back in until 7pm when there’s dinner to cook, baths to be taken and homework to be done. My situation is not unique and I know that. I really just need to take advantage of weekends for movement. Anyone else have this issue? Any tips or tricks for squeezing it all in?

Can you exercise during your lunch break?


Ashley’s suggestion is a good one, and she is right, weight loss is more about food choices. But I find I feel better and more motivated if I get some exercise. Are you able to incorporate small amounts during the day? Like taking the stairs, parking a bit further away etc?

So happy to be here, had issues yesterday and couldn’t find this game, but I’m here now!! I plan to continue what I’ve been doing, counting calories, portion control, as little sugar as possible and staying away from as much processed foods as possible. Continue with my cardio and Peloton rides and will start walking/running now that the weather is starting to get nicer :blush:
