Walking over 11,000 steps, doing a full half hour on the elliptical

Non-scale victory of the week!

This whole past week I have eaten below my caloric allowance and now my sports bras are fitting better. And despite being that time of the month, I managed to be able to keep the bloating to a minimal, which had never happened for me!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Even eating under my caloric allowance, I still could have made some better food choices. I also should have gone to the gym a couple more times than I did.
