Non-scale victory of the week!
Started biking again, hadn’t ridden since last year. It felt awesome to get back out on the trail and break in my new bike!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Need to stay away from the snack foods and pay better attention to internal hunger cues—sometimes I eat when I’m not that hungry. Boredom does not equal hunger!
