Non-scale victory of the week!

Being able to work at Operation Christmas Child for 8 hours.

Way too many Frappes this week.

Here we go again. I want to get back to where I was and start losing again. I also want to help Mel and Moo get started. The goal for this week is to up the protein and water. Try to get in 1 day of exercise.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Non-scale victory, hmmm. It was easier to get into Neyland Stadium, easier to sit on the bleachers.

I want to be a motivator for my sister!!! I will try to cut out the frappes and eat better. More protein, more fruit, more water.
