Non-scale victory of the week!

I did lose another pound I am happy about that

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Not ate cookies, eating a balance meal. Not eating after 9 pm. Not been doing so good on my eating.

Excersing more, however, I took a lazy day yesterday and watch Netflix series after work all day

Stop craving sweets. I haven't eaten any sweets but the craving for sugar is horrible

Non-scale victory of the week!

I have been waking up every morning to do yoga. I have join 2 soccer tournaments at my college to keep myself active. I haven't been doing so well with food, but I am not eating at fast food places. I also have not eaten any types of sweets which I'm pretty proud off.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Prep more meals, stop craving specific food. (Like tacos or Hispanic food) they have a lot of carbs and I am trying to lower my carb intake.
