HI Stephanie! I saw your killer CrossFit WOD on FB today. That looked seriously intimidating. I've just been doing some jogging (very motivating to be chased by zombies) and kettlebells. Up a few pounds this week, which is tiresome. I really wish I were going to be in California next month. I am so tired of the East Coast these days!
