What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Wanted to get a better work out done but been sick all weekend and this week. Got medicine now so hopefully kick this sickness soon and get back to some good workouts

Been sick since Friday. Doctor said I have sinusitis and upper respiratory infection so I’m taking medication now. Hopefully feel better soon so I can get a better workout in daily.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Tried on a pair of jeans yesterday that I haven’t been able to wear for about 2 years and they were big!!!! I’m so excited

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Right now, I think the scale is my biggest challenge. It shows something different at each place I weigh. So I don’t know if I gained or lost. One place shows 248, which is a gain and another shows 243 which is a loss. It’s very frustrating.
