Long-term goal weight

150 lbs

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Frustration by how slow it is; we go out a lot on weekends and I tend to lose my focus and eat/drink a lot of extra calories. Hoping this will help me be more accountable.
