Non-scale victory of the week!

Now that I’m 6 weeks I am finally ready to start focusing on me again. Ready to get back on it!!

Exercise of some sort at least five times a week. Focus on food as a source of fuel. Start tracking food and water.

Finished my Beauty and the Beast marathon.

Eating- allowed myself a few cheat days knowing I was starting again today.
