We are in a pandemic. There are no victories.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Being at home makes it so much easier to snack. Also, I work out much less at home than I do while at work. I need to get back to my old schedule

Non-scale victory of the week!

No victories really. Eating was bad. Didn't ru. During the week. Stayed up late almost every night. I just don't have the motivation this time.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to track calories. That is how I was successful last month.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I am feeling really good. PT is going great. Not having pain after going for a run is amazing. I don't remember the last time I was pain free for an extended period of time.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

My diet is non-existent. I am not watching my calorie intake at all. I see food and eat it.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I need to get back to counting calories. I also need to get in my steps on my non running days. Long runs on the weekend need to be at least six miles.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Not sure I had a victory this week. I guess I did bett about sleep but I see how cheating on the diet dashes results.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Ugh. I went three steps backwards. I saw a great number on the scale Saturday morning and then ate a bunch of pizza, cake, and beer at a kid birthday party. Repeat on Sunday. I was .4 from my Diet Bet win. I am so disappointed in myself.

No parties this weekend to trip me up so I need to cook healthy food all week. I already have to makeup for the pasta I had last night. All calories count!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I had my first physical therapy session on Tuesday. I feel he will be much more aggressive with my treatment. I did increase my long run to 6.5 miles on Saturday and did not have pain during the run. I faithfully did my exercises prior to working out. I will do my part this time to heal.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to get more sleep and increase my water intake.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Injuries are a mind game. In the past when I wasn't able to run I would stuff my face full of calories. Now I am mindful of what I am eating and making better choices. Spaghetti squash will be a new staple in my life.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I went off the rails a bit over the weekend. Kid birthday party food is trouble.
