I am showing my weight too! But come on Janis you can do it!!!! Some how I lost 10 lbs, I did cut calories a lot (no carbs) and did a lot of lean protein, and more vegetables, but I feel like the trick was to workout more. I started going to the gym with Jackie 3-5 days a week after work. I think that helped a lot. Also I started working out at work, by playing outside with the kids as well. So I really would get 2 good workouts in a day almost.

You're right, Suzanne, adding working out would make a difference. Unfortunately I twisted my knee and about two ago and I am just starting to be able to walk up and down stairs more normally. But I've got my treadmill and recumbent bike set up (Topanga ate the cord, so I'm waiting for a new power cord). I think I can start walking on the treadmill since I don't have so much pain in my knee now. So I'm going to get serious this coming month and join you successful gals!

come on mom....eat smaller, healthier portions and do a 40 min brisk walk every night....or let lexie loose and chase her...
