did better with diet the last few days.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

been hobbling around with a broken foot for months. finally getting well. only 1 more week left in brace as far as I know. these past few weeks were more stressful at work than most of August and September. sress eating means I did extremely poorly on diet.
