I have plateaued recently. Despite making good food choices, and excercidobg frequently, I am stuck in a rut.

I plan to take full advantage of my first week of vacation- work out daily at yoga or gym, at least 10000 steps per day, plenty of sleep and Sunshine, and Noom all meals
