What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

i have an all in or all out mentality. i plan and organize fantasicly to start, then i fall off the wagon. I’ve never learned how to just go slow and steady and this gives me many weight set backs loosing some some self confidence. I’m refocused, and excited to try again.

reading some how to break old habit things. all reading things motivational. introduce light aerobic activity a few minutes a day, 3 days my first week. planning nutrition as priority. getting the bad food out of my home. paying attention to get water drank. just making smart wise healthy choices and not beating myself up if i slip up. starting is hard. perfect i am not. i need to be mindful to be kind to myself and trust that this is a journey with wonderful rewards that only i can do for myself. its the best gift ever to myself.
