Stuck with my meal plan to a T, quit smoking (6 days strong), fit back into a size 8 (even though still hella tight), and worked out every day except last Friday!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Had to small cheat snacks, goldfish and a few chedder rice cakes that weren't on the meal plan, also had a Reese's cups. And I had 2 glasses of wine last night. Next week no booze and no chocolate ftw!
