Non-scale victory of the week!

Ate all zero point foods on Monday felt good And worked out even though I really didn’t want to

Non-scale victory of the week!

Did a strength workout 5 out of 7 days. Stayed within my points (WW) for 6 out of 7 days!! Drank at leaste 66oz of water 7 out of 7 days !!
