Non-scale victory of the week!
I made it!!!! I thought for a while I wouldn't, but I pulled through. been up and down for past 2 weeks.. Pumped for next one!!!

cut back on my portions...I need to pause for 3 minutes before reaching for seconds. cause by then I'm overstuffed.
