Non-scale victory of the week!

this past week was pretty bad, my food choicescould definitely have been better but I did fit into a size 10 jeans from Target

able to jog the hill without stopping and do 3 miles.

i definitely could make better choices in my food but have do watch my intake so i won’t beat myself up too much.

Non-scale victory of the week!

This past week has been nothing short of amazing. I’ve been doing better about tracking my foods and have worked out 5 days straight. Also, I fit into a medium shirt comfortably!!
