Being able to keep a good diary with almost 100% of everything I eat being tracked

Honestly, last week I gave my best but it was a very difficult week. So I’m glad I was able to lose a little bit

Meditate everyday at least 10 minutes and try not to binge at night on most days. Also, not to completely give up on the healthy eating lifestyle during the weekends, as I sometimes do.
