Non-scale victory of the week!

I stayed on track through Easter and my birthday... didn’t go over in points at all and I’ve walked every single day.

Non-scale victory of the week!

My relationship with food has changed drastically! I no longer find myself just thinking about food constantly and I also don’t stay stuck on a “bad” meal anymore after I enjoy something I really like.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I definitely could’ve worked out more.
