I got my head back on straight and started seeing results as soon as I let go of my booze cravings :-)

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

There were some alcohol inspired late-night food binges - much better when I stopped drinking and starting prepping and tracking healthy food again

Yay! stayed consistent and made it happen - started kickboxing - won my step bet and am starting a SB marathon on Monday (8 weeks)

started to grab a fork to take a bite of old mashed potatoes and then changed my mind and just threw it all out! had a very tasty healthy meal at Burton's that I probably would not have tried before, RAN 2 MILES NON STOP FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE COVID!

Met goal weight for my transformer AND my Kickstarter! sensible decisions when I strayed from my clean eating plan (salad at Mem and Oompa's; sashimi from Osawa's)
