creating a healthy meal plan that I can stick to while also working through dinner most days, which means I have to have dinner made by 3:30-4pm. This is challenging when I am also trying to homeschool a 5 year old and need to drop him off at 4:30-5pm several days a week before I start my shift delivering UberEats.
