So I can have more stamina and energy in a day, and so I can stop gaining weight and start losing it. I struggle with finding the willpower to say no to emotional eating, and with motivation to exercise. I'm hoping this will help me change my life.

Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

creating a healthy meal plan that I can stick to while also working through dinner most days, which means I have to have dinner made by 3:30-4pm. This is challenging when I am also trying to homeschool a 5 year old and need to drop him off at 4:30-5pm several days a week before I start my shift delivering UberEats.
