Non-scale victory of the week!

Was feeling sick since last Friday but still pushed myself to go to the gym and workout at home. Finally went to the doctor because I got a fever and doctor said I can not work out until I feel better.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Rested when I started to feel sick and maybe it would of not gotten this bad.
