Doing good with healthier choices clothes are looser my son told me hes proud of how good Im doing gotten complmates my Hubbys proud too

Maybe getting more walking in and more water some days I do better than others

Didnt meet my goal this time. Have to work harder. I did eat a few things I shouldnt of but thats ok Im still going to try to do better.

I got stuck on the same weight for almost a week not as ure why but it was in the wrong direction. Yesterday it finally changed just made it made it today thankfully didnt gain will have to work harder this was just too close

Non-scale victory of the week!

I forgot to weigh in yesterday. I gained a little and this is after Breakfast too. I took the day off exercise yesterday just needed a break. I gotta get back at it today. Now I got to lose more to get My round 1 goal not sure why I gained weight as my food in take has been low maybe too low Im not sure I try to keep it around 1200 I know I didnt drink enough water last couple days either. Any suggestions?

My clothes are definately fitting looser Stiil have alot to lose but I am grateful for having lost some weight and eating Healthier

Went to Drs she was pleased with my weight loss they may cut my meds in half go back in 3 Months to see if my BP still good they will do it then. Conti ue to eat Healthy and dri k lots of water

Not losing weight as fast as I hoped scale goes up and down still trying to be positive thought maybe I wasnt eating enough of right foods so been drinking more water and doing portion fix also going to try to add another workout maybe Im not working out hard enough.

There having another party at work today so another test of my will power. I will be packing some extra Fruit and Veggies

Need to get more sleep. My day needs to start earlier I work evenings and up till 2 am alot Sometimes I do late workouts after Midnight.
