Worked out everyday this week for at least 30 mins! Actually liked a majority of my bathing suits that I tried on!

Was able to wear a size 8 dress! Was able to run 2.0 miles non stop!

Could have stuck to keto snacks but ended up eating pubmix (my weakness!)
