I could have done better with my night time routine and getting to bed at a more decent time, spending less time on my devices so that I actually do fall asleep.

started actually counting calories and it’s easier than I thought it would be! I just needed to find my swing with it.

definitely need to focus on getting more quality sleep. my body doesn’t function as well on little sleep. it’s hard cause I often work early morning and late night shifts.
