Non-scale victory of the week!
Been sick these past two weeks and then I hurt my back so I've been out of the gym and eating for comfort. Sigh. I've been releasing the same 10 lbs over and over.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Not indulging in food and alcohol so much but I was feeling weak physically and emotionally.
