I work 9 to 6 AM. I’m having a way harder time trying to get up early enough to go to the gym than I did when I started at 8 AM.

I work 6am-6pm with about 2.5 hours of commuting On the days I work. I'm having a hard time finding the time and energy. By the time I get home it's shower relax then bed by 915 ish
