I can't help but laugh - I just tested positive for covid. I feel so incredibly sick and now I'll be stuck at home with nothing to do but eat and watch tv. Such perfect timing, I can't even :'D. Luckily my symptoms aren't too severe so I don't have to go to the hospital, just a really bad flu. Uh. Does anyone have any tips on how to lose weight while stuck in bed? I'm one of those people whose appetite gets stronger whenever I'm sick, so if anyone has any ideas for distractions or exercise I could do in this state I would be eternally grateful :'D

So sorry, I tested positive last Thursday, I'm not super sick but stuck at home, just keep paying attention to what you're eating and hang in there, you can do this

Is personal trainer necessary or can self training yield the same results when trying to tone up. Any advice is highly appreciated.

I’ve never had a weekly trainer but at my old gym I would have a training session every 4-5 months. She designed a workout program for me that catered to my body and goals. We’d go through the program/exercises together. She had me doing things I’d never have done on my own. I loved it! It was a great investment.

I’ve done both and honestly the best results have been from home workouts! I did a personal trainer at my Equinox gym and went 1-2 times a week for three months. It was motivating at that time but I didn’t really learn anything I could do on my own. Once quarantine happened I started at home workouts and I’ve been more consistent with them and have seen way better results. It also saves me an enormous amount of money. I think it comes down to consistency. Which one will you do more frequently and what will you enjoy more
