Eating s mini cucumber last night instead of carbs.

More water, vitamins & packing work lunch. Also played more with nieces and nephews to amp up small workouts.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Increased daily water intake. Added lime to water. Worked out at gym - forced self to go 3x more than desired - felt better after doing it!

Not eating donuts today! Eating breakfast at all or a better/healthier breakfast.

More greens back into diet, leaner meats/protein sources, Morning 7-10 min exercise for metabolism thermogenesis kickstart of the day. Stand up more at work/ office stand up desk. Work-out smarter not harder?!
