Non-scale victory of the week!
not so much my victory but my kids, they have completed 2 whole weeks on a keto lifestyle and have adjusted mostly good. Except my youngest son is giving the most push back. He’s autistic and this is causing a lot of emotional upheaval between school starting and new foods.

it’s always meal prep and will probably ALWAYS BE meal prepping
