What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
My body is stubborn about weight, I really have to exercise a LOT to get the scale to budge. I work long days and have a very busy schedule outside of work, so consistency is a major struggle. What works for me one week doesn't always the next. It's super discouraging.
