Resisting nigjt time eating. only succeeded 3 times of 7 but its a start! Will continue to try!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Avoiding bad foods and excersing. I was and am currently still sick with sinus cold so motivation to work out and cook healthy meals was lacking with resulted in a couple take out orders
