Noticed my chest muscles are getting huge! All the better my extra large breast implants this fall!

I didn't really knuckle down in the end. I could have been closer to 185.

Get out a garden/landscape everyday the weather will allow. Lift weights 3 days a week. Intense cardio at least 2 days this week. Fuck I hate cardio.
