Hi! I’m Crystal. I usually like indulging during the holidays and ordering a ton of Taco Bell and pizza to the house. I easily gain about 20-30 lbs so January is all about working out and eating healthy and no alcohol! While it can be quite the switch and a bit daunting, it is so worth it to me to lose the weight and maintain through out the year. What we do daily is the key in weight loss. Having a healthy routine helps me reach my goals.
