Long-term goal weight

120 lbs

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I just feel like I can’t eat what I want. But I know that if it fits in my calories for the day, I can eat it, if it fits in my daily calorie allotment and even if it doesn’t it isn’t the end of the world. I also feel like if I go over one day my whole week is shot and that isn’t true either. It’s all in my head and I need to work around that.
