Round 2: When are we supposed to submit our official weigh in for round 2?

I believe the old app showed the weigh in window. Now it just says round 2 is over June 8, but I don’t see anywhere to submit an official weigh in. Not sure if we have to weigh in today? Or tomorrow?

This new app update is not very user friendly.

I need some help as a first timer. I travel for my job for weeks at a time. How would you handle the official weigh ins? I’m not sure I completely understand the rules and then I also have a hard time finding them again when I want to review. Any help would be appreciated. I have so far to go.

I travel a lot for work.
Here are some ideas.

1. If I’m on a long trip with a lot of luggage, my digital scale is pretty thin. I wrap in in a pair of pants and have it in a checked suit case.

The scale I use I got on Amazon, it also measures body fat and is only like $28. The brand is Renfo.

2. If that isn’t an option, most large cities will have a Walmart or Target somewhere close by you can buy a simple digital scale for about $10-$15.

That’s about what you’d spend on a sandwich at any given airport. At that price you can keep it, leave it, donate it, etc.

I have stayed at many Airbnb’s and donated to the homeowner all kinds of stuff, lol.

I have my hisband take 4 full length pictures on the scale at a time. I use each one twice before having him take another four. Then I do the foot/weight one with the word by myself. I have always done it that way with no issues. I took my scale to the hospital as I was there for 3 weeks!

for those who do intermittent fasting - what version have you found works best, the 24 hours fast 1-2x's a week, or the everyday fast of 8/16?

Ty for this information. I will be sure to check them out. I can go days without eating. I had bariatric surgery 3 years ago and went 3 months without food (clear liquids only, still got my protein though). Just trying to figure out what works best


I recently saw a documentary on YouTube comparing different intermittent fasting plans. It was really well done, by the BBC. If you search “Eat, Fast, & Live Long BBC” you’ll find it.

The most interesting option to me was the 5/2 plan. They explain it and the science/studies behind it.

Essentially it is 2 days a week (non consecutive) “fasting” but you can have 500 calories for men or 400 calories for women on those 2 days.

Supposed to have the same benefits as the 16/8 plan.

Good luck to everyone! I am looking for some recommendations. I have very bad knees so I can no longer run so i've been biking. My knees start hurting after 30 minutes on the bike and was wondering if others have had similar issues and what did you do to correct it?

I agree 100% with a proper fitting (makes a world of difference). Also I have used knee braces at times and they have helped with support. :thumbsup:

I thought I had bad knees... (they don't track properly). I worked with a trainer to strengthened them and now I can bike, hike, and walk without any pain. I'm not allowed to run because the improper tracking would damage them :( Try to do some body weight squats while watching TV in the evening. You don't have to squat down any lower than the couch or a chair to strengthen them - just don't over do it!
