Non-scale victory of the week!

My endurance is up and I am starting to love running! Slowly learning to have what I want in moderation without binging

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Less binging around PMS times, ignoring water goals.

Stay within my calorie deficit and drink at least 65oz of water everyday and workout (burning at least 400 calories) for at least 5 days. Try not to binge while at vacation at moms house.
