Non-scale victory of the week!
I had zero temptations on Easter and fit into some shorts that haven’t fit in probably five years. Also, tried on shorts that were snug on me last year and they literally fall off me now.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I didn’t track at all, which I really feel would help. Also, I need to eat more veggies.
