My food intake is awful, from the choice I make, to the amount I order, to the entire plate clean. And clear of all traces of food. I love food but the unhealthy kind. I'm retraining my brain.

Hit the gym 4 or 5 times a week, eat clean, stay out of the drive thru windows. Drink plenty of water, which I'm awful at.
