  • Happy Tuesday fam!! 7 days to go!! Monday & Tuesday of next week is our final weigh in!!!

    As always feel free to share some of your transformation Tuesday pics here on our feed! Please put your IG name if you want it shared on my story so I can tag you all!

    Had a great day yesterday worked all day fasted until 1 PM had my first meal, worked out went home ate dinner, went to bed mainly to avoid any necessary eating! Remember how important it is to watch your calories the rest of this week. Anything extra that you're eating when you are NOT hungry is not necessary. Lets be honest it's never necessary but even more so these next few days as we are all trying to meet a weight goal. Woke up still at 194 which is ok considering TOM still 4 lbs. away from my goal but at this point I know my body well enough & I am very optimistic I will make my goal! Planning on heading to Crossfit tonight after work for my workout since I don't think I have enough motivation to push myself in a solo workout.

    I know the scale can be frustrating, trust me I am frustrating knowing I have 4lbs to lose but what I also know is that giving up is an even worst feeling. If you push yourself the entire duration of this game and still do not make goal YOU STILL WIN. No you wont get your money back, but gratification of pushing yourself is a different kind of WIN! If you give up before its even over then you never had that chance at winning! I think it's important to remind you all of this because I personally have lost more dietbets than I can count but in the process of losing I never gave up, still lost weight and in the end won the personal battle within myself of not throwing the towel in! Keep your head up guys, of course I want all 862 of you guys to win but I am just trying to put it into perspective for someone who may want to give up!

So last night was a total disaster. I ate/snacked horribly. It was my scheduled night to workout and I didn't do that either. So as much as I was procrastinating I finally forced myself to workout with a bit extra today. I'm actually proud of myself. Typically I would say screw the whole weekend since I already cheated. I have a really hard time with binging and snacking but will keep trying to do better.

  • I thought about ditching the workout today, but got it done. My goal is to do it 4 times this week, to slowly bring exercise back into my routine. My fiance bought and made dinner tonight. I did have a slip up around 11pm last night which is a normal for me. I'm not going to let that happen again.

  • Happy day 1 dietbetters and happy Monday at that!

    I hope you are all feeling encouraged and optimistic as we start these next 4 weeks of transformation! If this is your first game WELCOME I am so glad you are here. If you haven't done so yet please take some time to introduce yourself and tell us all about your goals. One thing I really push in my games is your activity within our game itself. I try and stay extremely active in our game posting tips and encouraging each and everyone of you! If you post on our wall you will see a response from me! If you're active I'm active. This is a safe place to express yourself and share your journey with everyone here. I understand some are not the sharing type but please still be encouraging to those that are!

    As promised I will be posting 3 workouts a week. Monday, Wednesday & Fridays you will see an optional workout challenge posted. You do not have to participate but it is highly recommended! I want you guys moving and sweating, it is my job to get you guys to your dietbet goal so this is just one more way to push you along the way! These challenges should be done at your activity level, if you need to modify or skip a movement you can not physically do please do so. There is something for everyone and you should try and do at least 1 of the challenges a week! Participating in these challenges enters you into our weekly giveaways more info on giveaways will be in a separate pinned post to come :)
    Once you complete this workout please drop a comment below or a sweaty selfie as proof that you did it! This post will be at the top of our game until Wednesday when the next challenge is posted!
