Non-scale victory of the week!

I bought new every day clothes and a rented a dress from rent the runway for a wedding. I don't know how they fit, but I'm at least excited to have something new to wear.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I got really hard on myself for gaing weight the first day of my period. It was really dumb to get upset over it as it always happens and immediately goes away the next day.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Family members noticed that my face has definitely lost some weight from the last time I saw them!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

My cousin got married over the weekend. I was happy to have all the great food, but I could have been more conscious of my weight loss goals. Overeating, and then not exercising for 3 days led to a small weight gain. It was disappointing, but the weight gain wasn't outrageous and now I am back on track.
