I had visitors for an entire week and ate strictly Keto other than two days

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Well, I wish I didn’t have two cheat days because they really threw me out of wack!! And I hardly exercised at all :(

I’m fitting into my pre-pregnancy clothes just as comfortably as I did before, and that is a GREAT feeling for me :)

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I would like to figure out how to manage my cravings and not feel the need to eat 2000 calories of carbs and sugar when I need a cheat meal

Non-scale victory of the week!

I’ve been rocking the Keto Diet!! I’m surprised at how simple it is, and even cooking meals for my family has gone great. Still struggling a bit with sugar cravings but I’m going to Wholefoods today to see if I can find something keto to satiate my cravings. It’s amazing how quick you drop weight on this diet! I’m AMAZED!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I most definitely could have gone to the gym more this week, but it’s a new day and I’m going!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I had a death in the family and was sure that I would lose this dietbet because I wanted to eat and drink as my way of coping. Instead, I went to the gym and substituted healthy options like Halo Top icecream instead of Ben and Jerry’s.

Went on a weekend trip with my girlfriends and didn’t over eat as much as I usually would :)

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I have a four month old son who does not sleep through the night so I’m tired a good bit of the day. It’s also very important for me to teach, love, and stimulate him during the day, so I want to include him in my workouts and cooking. Sometimes he doesn’t want any of it lol. But I’m doing this for him!
