I’ve been rocking the Keto Diet!! I’m surprised at how simple it is, and even cooking meals for my family has gone great. Still struggling a bit with sugar cravings but I’m going to Wholefoods today to see if I can find something keto to satiate my cravings. It’s amazing how quick you drop weight on this diet! I’m AMAZED!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I most definitely could have gone to the gym more this week, but it’s a new day and I’m going!
