Non-scale victory of the week!

Kept to the diet! Have more consistently stayed at or below my fat and carb intake made or came close on protein and calories. ..made calories twice this week....have actually started to feel hungry at times..

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Still need to start exercising...have been doing so deep cleaning of house and work so bit more active that way.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Going to join the Y with grandson and get moving...even if it's just dancing in the kitchen. Staying on track with diet...need to keep researching foods that will match with diet and give some variety so body doesn't yo yo again.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

This was a tough week.lost 5 lbs and put 5 lbs on..had a real struggle eating 1200 calories was short everyday..best day was 900 calories..found myself eating too many carbs and fats and low on protein...time to take a deep breath and buckle down..

Eat 1200 balanced calories daily....exercise daily!!!! No more excuses no more I'm doing good because not...need to get it under control even if just lose a pound or 2 need to get the healthy habits going

Non-scale victory of the week!

Went to multiple bakeries, meat markets. For work and was able to look but not buy or eat all the wonderful goodies. Very proud of myself...stepped on the scale today and at home said I am down 6 pounds work said 4 pounds. Believe the 4 pounds..am amazes! Have downloaded an app to input what I eat and drink has really helped me stay in track for healthy eating. Says I should eat 1200 calories a day at first I was panicky for sure was going to be hungry just the opposite have a hard time eating 1200 calories. Husband and friends say it's because I didnt eat except at dinner or a snack that's the reason I was gaining weight and not losing...they could be on to something as I am eating 3 meals a day not hitting or barely hitting the 1200 calories and feel overly full and yet I'm seeing pounds go..will see if it slows down after the first week which I know can be a lot of water weight..but my feet aren't as bloated!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Really need to start exercising...good intentions but always seem to be too busy...need to start sleeping better at night so not so tired in the morning...just 4-5 hours isn't cutting it.
