Non-scale victory of the week!
Kept to the diet! Have more consistently stayed at or below my fat and carb intake made or came close on protein and calories. ..made calories twice this week....have actually started to feel hungry at times..
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Still need to start exercising...have been doing so deep cleaning of house and work so bit more active that way.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
Going to join the Y with grandson and get moving...even if it's just dancing in the kitchen. Staying on track with diet...need to keep researching foods that will match with diet and give some variety so body doesn't yo yo again.
